Because the National Assembly for Wales has not yet implemented the Anti Social Behaviour Act 2003, it seems that the new and amended forms for "demotion" orders cannot be used in Wales.

In these circumstances, Welsh solicitors or English practitioners who want to use these forms on behalf of their clients in Wales are only able to use the old versions in Wales.

We suggest that you monitor the Welsh Assembly's website at www.wales.gov.uk for progress on the date of the commencement order to introduce the 2003 Act.

Minor field amendments have also been made to forms N5, N5B, N252 and N323 and are enclosed for your immediate use.
