We are pleased to offer you the fourth edition of the Standard Conditions of Sale on disk, and explanatory notes to accompany the SCS1_2, which highlight the differences from the previous edition of the form.

An article explaining the background to the amendments to SCS1 appeared in the Law Society's Gazette last October.

Therefore, SCS1 needs to be deleted from your system(s) immediately.

Practitioners can use the amended version of this form immediately on receipt.
