EFIS 18, April 2004 : Immigration - Applications

From 1st March 2004, nationals of those countries who wish to establish themselves in business in the UK under the provisions of EC Association Agreements which are outlined in paragraphs 211 to 223 of the Immigration Rules will be able to apply directly from their own countries to the Immigration and Nationality Directorate(IND) of the Home Office using the new ECAA assessment form.
The Immigration (Leave to Remain) (Prescribed Forms and Procedures)(Amendment) Regulations 2004 come into force on 1st April 2004 and prescribes a new form FLR(IED).
Finally, we have also added form EEC2 to the immigration range in order to provide a greater selection of forms.
