Companies House has advised us of changes to some of the details of different Inland Revenue Stamp Offices which appear at the end of each of COG88(3) and COG169.

Practitioners can use the updated versions of COG88(3) and COG169 immediately on receipt.

In addition, we have taken the opportunity to make some minor adjustments to the fields on Companies forms CO1A, CO1B, CO2, CO363ASC and CO12.

All forms should be used immediately on receipt.
