The Court Service has amended EX160 to take account of the introduction of the Pension Credit guarantee on 6th October under the provisions of the State Pension Credit Act 2002.

Changes to the form are also reflected in amendments to the notes EX160(N) which accompany EX160, which practitioners are recommended to read before completing EX160.

Please use the updated versions of EX160 and EX160(N) immediately.

Finally, HCNO53 has had minor textural amendments.
