The Home Office have made amendments to applications made on or after 1 August 2003. There are 8 revised forms and also 2 new forms: NTL on which to apply for an indefinite leave stamp (no time limit) in a new passport if you already have indefinite leave to enter, or remain in, the UK; and FLR(HSM) for applications for limited leave to remain (extension of stay) as a Highly Skilled Migrant. Please use all forms immediately upon receipt.
