On EFIS 56/2002 in December last year, we supplied you with a number of Oyez's Tenancy Agreement forms which we had reviewed in the light of the Office of Fair Trading's "Guidance on Unfair Terms in Tenancy Agreements."

AGREE2D was still being reviewed when EFIS 56/2002 was released, but we are now able to forward this amended form on to you.
