The Legal Services Commission have amended the above forms, which should be used from 14th October 2002.

ABWOR37A is a new Criminal Defence Service Keycard, which was previously only published in the "Focus" magazine and has been numbered 37A to keep it in line with the Civil Keycard, which is also enclosed herein.

LSCFR1 must only be used to claim for reviews of files conducted between 1st October 2001 and 30th September 2002. If practitioners do not submit their claim(s) by 10th December 2002, no money will be paid for work carried out between 1st October 2001 and 20th September 2002.

ABWOR37 replaces ABWOR35.

The Legal Services Commission have made a host of amendments to a whole range of other forms which do not become mandatory until 18th November. Practitioners should therefore expect to receive a further update by the beginning of next month.
