The Capital Taxes Office of the Inland Revenue have made a small amendment to page 4 of IHTC1 and the amended version of the IHTC4 replaces the existing version of IHTC4 in Scotland and CAPD_3 in England and Wales from 1st August. Please see deletion instructions.

IHTC4(C) is a continuation sheet which can be attached to IHTC4 and IHTC4(S) should only be submitted with the rest of IHTC4 when used in Scotland.
