New Summary Cause and Small Claim Rules have been enacted effective 10th June 2002 in terms of the Act of Sederunt (Summary Cause Rules) 2002 and Act of Sederunt (Small Claim Rules) 2002, by virtue of S32 of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1971.

New forms of Summons for both Summary Cause and Small Claim procedures have been introduced, superseding and replacing existing forms. This has brought about changes to Scottish Court forms.

Forms SC2, SC2a, SC2b, SC4, SC4a, SC7, SC7a, SC12, SC19, SCF2, SCF3 have become obsolete and should be deleted from your system, deletion instructions are enclosed for your information:
