The joint working party of the Law Society and the Local Government Association have produced CON29DW which will be accepted by all water service companies from 1st April.

The Law Society recommends that CON29DW is submitted to the local sewerage undertaker at the same time as 29(1994) is sent to the local authority.

Practitioners must read the Guidance Notes before completing CON29DW and an article explaining the introduction of this new form will appear in the Law Society's Gazette in March.
