The Legal Services Commission have amended the above forms which must be used from Monday 8th April but which must not be used before this date.

The CLSMEANS1 GUIDE has been amended in respect of instructions concerning state benefits in section A7 on page 3 and 4.

ABWOR35 replaces ABWOR34 and reflects changes to the eligibility rates on pages 1 and 2. This means that ABWOR34 will need to be removed from your system. Please see instructions below.

Finally, we have added form CLSCLM1(P5), which can be used immediately.
