EFIS 3, January 2002 : Civil Procedure

You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

Just before Christmas, the Court Service started to distribute to county courts a leaflet containing an amended version of EX160 attached to the inside back cover.

We now enclose the revised edition of EX160 with amended notes which practitioners should first read before completing the form.

Although court staff may accept the current version of EX160, any assessment of an application must take into account information requested on the new version of EX160.

Whilst practitioners should check with their local courts to obtain details of the policy which each court will adopt in relation to processing old and new versions of EX160, you may prefer to load the new version of this form.

The Court Service has made some minor changes to N9A and N150, which are also enclosed.
