The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2001 introduce a new Civil Procedure Rule Part 55 dealing with possession claims.

The Court Service have amended existing Civil Procedure forms N11B, N5, N5B, N119, N120, N206A and N293A to take account of these changes.

We have also taken this opportunity to add forms N11, N11M, N11R, N121 and N5A and to this range.

All these new and amended forms cannot be used before 15th October 2001.

In addition, we have been advised by the Court Service that forms N312, N6, HCPF9, HCPF91, HCNO42, HCNO42A will become redundant after 15th October 2001. Practitioners may therefore like to make arrangements to delete the forms listed below from their system after 15th October 2001. Deletion instructions are below.
