Rule 42 of the Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 2001 makes a minor amendment to the officer of the Court who should now be addressed as the Chief Executive to the Justices.

Since Rule 42 comes into force on 3rd September, practitioners are asked not to use the amended form before this date.
