The Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 2001 will amend the forms DIV1 to DIV6 from
3rd September.

These changes seek to implement EU Council Regulation number 1347/2000 which required certain information to be provided on the Divorce Petitions regarding the Petitioner and Respondent's domicile.

The amended forms DIV1 to DIV6 should not be used before 3rd September.

In addition, Oyez has taken this opportunity to amend the fields on form DIV_E (32bit version only) in response to feedback from customers.
