Oyez have added two new forms to your Companies range and amended one other.

CO33 is Oyez's own form of accounts to be filed (at Companies House) where a company lies dormant.

By contrast, DCA is a form, which Companies House require to be filed for dormant companies whose accounts ended for the financial year, on or after 26th July 2000. Please note that this form is only available to 32Bit customers as it is in landscape format.

Finally, COG123 has required a back page to be inserted on it. Practitioners are requested to delete the Bank of England form COG546 for the electronic payment of dividends which Oyez will no longer publish as part of its range of Company forms.
