You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.
The Inland Revenue have notified us of changes to IHTC1 and IHT200 which should be used from Monday, 13th August and not before this date.
Both forms have been amended by the Inland Revenue to take account of organisational changes.
However, in the case of IHT 200, the Inland Revenue have added a new module to this form called D19 which is a confirmation that no Inheritance Tax is payable and should only be used where the estate does not attract this tax.
We have also taken the opportunity to make a minor amendment to IHT101, which now refers to the correct address of the Capital Taxes Office at the beginning of this form. IHT101 can be used immediately.
