EFIS 23, : Court of Protection

Following recent changes whereby the Public Trust Office has been abolished and replaced by the Public Guardianship Office, the Court of Protection has introduced the three new forms listed above which render existing Court of Protection form CP1 obsolete and amend CP5.

Practitioners are requested to use these new forms immediately, and delete form CP1. Please see instructions below..

EP1 has been modified by deleting the need to submit the completed application to the Court of Protection.
