Pursuant to EFIS No. 6 when we supplied you with the Legal Services Commission's forms, please find enclosed CLSAPP7, which must be used from 1st May. CLSCLAIM 1,2,5, L17 and ABWOR33 must be used from 1st June and LSC6 can be used immediately on receipt of this disk.

CRIM_A replaces your existing LACRIM1 and is an application for publicly funded representation. CRIM_B replaces existing LACRIM5 and will be used by a defendant who wishes to extend his right to legal representation in the Crown Court.
