The Court Service have amended the notes N208c which advise a defendant on how to respond to a Part 8 Claim Form in N208.

N210 has been restyled and amended to require written evidence to be filed when filing an acknowledgement of service of a Part 8 Claim Form.

Finally, N461 has been corrected by the Court Service to refer to section 8 and not 9 in the statement of truth box on page 4.

These amended forms must be used from 19th March.
