Following consultation between the judiciary and court officials, the Court Service have amended N150 from 29st January to coincide with the next update to the Civil Procedure Rules.

Although court staff have been advised not to reject the current version of N150 until 30th March 2001, we recommend use of the new version of N150 from 29st January, onwards.

High Court PF19 is a new form which we have added to the range, enabling practitioners to apply for a Group Litigation Order.

Finally, N245 is another new form which we have added to the CPR range which is an application for suspension of a warrant and/or variation of an order.
