The Court Service have notified us of their intention to amend N9B and N9D to refer to the Community Legal Service Fund. Both forms now incorporate these changes and are supplied herein on disk.

HC PF244 has been updated to refer to applications under CPR Part 23 made by way of a telephone conference in the High Court.

Finally, minor changes have been made to post codes on HC PF52 which is supplied herein for the sake of convenience.

All the forms can be used on receipt of the disk.
