The forms listed above have been added to your Conveyancing range of forms on disk.

CON30, CON30A, CON30B and CON30C are Oyez�s own documents for creating various types of legal charge over property which have been available in hard copy format for a number of years.

They have been drafted primarily for use by individuals who wish to lend money to either family or friends in order for these people to buy property. CON34 is a notice informing interested parties that a second mortgage has been created over property which is already subject to a first charge.

You my use these forms immediately on receipt of the enclosed disk.

Adding forms to your OyezForms software

We have now combined both 16Bit & 32Bit form updates onto a single floppy disk. Depending upon the version of your OyezForms software please follow the instructions provided below. If you need to determine the version of your software select Help and About within the menus to display a dialogue containing this information; v6.00 is the older version (intended for Win3.11) & v 7.00 is the newer requiring Win 95/98.

An Online Forms Catalogue, updated automatically with each EFIS, is available within the OyezForms >HELP Menu or START>PROGRAMS>OYEZLEGALFORMS>OYEZFORMS CATALOGUE.

Importing Forms � Version 7 (32Bit software for Win95/98/NT)

1. Start the OyezForms software (if you are running a networked copy of the software only one user has the software open at this point).
2. Insert the update disk into your floppy drive.
3. Select Admin and then Import new forms�
4. The Import new forms dialog box will appear and a list of the forms contained on the update disk will be displayed. Click Select All and then Import.
5. Once imported you will be asked if there are any more forms to import. If there are click Yes; insert the next disk and select OK.
6. The screen will refresh to display a new list of forms. Follow step 4 again.
7. Once the disk(s) have all been imported select No. Click Done

Installing Additional Forms � Version 6 (16Bit software for Win3.11)

1. Start Windows, insert the EFIS diskette into the floppy disk drive.
Note: This method supersedes using Installation Disk 1.
2. If you are using Windows 95 click on the Start button in your taskbar and select Run. Alternatively, if
you are using Windows 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups 3.11 click on File from Program Manager and
select Run.
3. Type the ID of your diskette drive followed by 'upgrade', (e.g. a:\upgrade), then Enter.
4. A dialogue box will appear. Check that the correct drive is shown for the diskette, (normally a:), and select
"Add Forms".
5. A further dialogue box will now appear showing you where the forms are to be installed, Amend the path if necessary and select Continue.
6. The system will now copy the form files and then ask you to load the next disk. If you have only one disk to load then at this point select "No". If you have further disks to load insert the next one and select OK. Repeat this process for all disks supplied.
7. Refer to Section 7.2 of your user manual if you wish to pre-generate your screen images for the imported forms.
