PROPEP2000 – Probate Estate Provisions [PROPEP00]

PEP(2000) replaces PEP(1999) in applications submitted on Probate forms 4, 4B, 5, 5B, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 in connection with deaths occurring on or after 6th April following an increase in the limit for “excepted” estates to Ł210,000.
Unless you think that you will need to refer to PEP(1999) in respect of proceedings begun before 6th April we would suggest that you delete PEP(1999) from your hardware.
