Update Number 11 to the Civil Procedure Rules 1999 has slightly amended the wording on this form.

These changes concern instructions as to which parts of N9C should be completed as the revised version of N9C should be used from 14th February.

Practitioners should be aware that update Number 11 also confirms the changes to N242A, N243A, N252, N258 and N258A which were supplied to you in January on EFIS No.2
