N242A, N252 and N258 are existing Civil Procedure forms which have been amended by the Court Service to reflect procedural amendments.

N243A is a new form of acceptance and request for payment into court which includes a reference to interim payments.

N258A is a new form which is only for use in legal aid cases. The amended version of N258 should be used in all other types of case.

Both the new and amended forms should be used from the 24th January.
