Oyez are now pleased to offer customers the amended version of EX160 which the Court Service has altered to take account of the Civil Procedure Rules which we first announced on EFIS No.7 in April. N150 and N170 have also been amended by a Practice Direction and are enclosed.

N258 was one of the forms released on EFIS No.7 which has been slightly amended by the Court Service and is also enclosed.

N259 is a new form which has been added to our range of Civil Procedure forms and is a notice of appeal against either some or all of a costs officer’s decision in respect of a party’s bill of costs.

These forms can all be used immediately on receipt of the disk.
