PEP (1999)-Probate Estate Provisions [PROPEP99]

The Non-Contentious Probate Fees Order 1999 prescribe proceedings in the Principal and District Registry (s) from 26th April.

Practitioners should refer to PEP(1999) when submitting applications made on Probate forms 4, 4B, 5, 5B, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 on or after 26th April.

PEP(1999) replaces PEP(1998) which should be deleted from your hardware.
