The Companies (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 will come into force on 1st March 1999.
Companies House have amended the above forms to reflect the fact that as from the beginning of next month, all company mortgage charges delivered for registration to Companies House must be accompanied by a fee of Ł10.00.
Please use the amended forms on receipt of this disk from 1st March 1999.
