L&T92 - Notice to Former Tenant or Guarantor of Intention to Recover Fixed Charge - [LTC1]

The Housing (Right to Buy) (Limit on Discount) (England) Order 2013 prescribed the maximum discount in London for tenants wishing to buy council property at £100,000 from 25th March.

This change has necessitated amendments to HA4A and HA4B.

AGREE19_Expandable and AGREE20_Expandable are two new Expandable forms added to this range and are available for version 10 users only.

Forms L&T36B and L&T92 have received slight field amendments.

All forms can be used immediately.
