The Intellectual Property Office have amended the listed forms as a result of The Patents, Trade Marks and Registered Designs (Fees) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Rules 2020 which will come into force on 30 July and stay in effect until 31 March 2021. The forms are now available for immediate use.
