The Tenants' Associations (Provisions Relating to Recognition and Provision of Information) (England) Regulations 2018 came into force on 1st November and prescribe specific arrangements for the serving of various notices between tenants' associations and landlords in England but not Wales.

Oyez has created three new forms to which these Regulations refer.

Regulation 7 of these 2018 Regulations refers to a form of request for specified information by a tenants' association to their landlord which Oyez has numbered L&T206.

Regulation 9 refers to an information form which a landlord serves upon a tenant to ascertain certain information. Oyez has numbered this form as L&T207.

In accordance with regulation 10, L&T208 is the landlord's substantive reply to L&T206 which the tenants' association initially served upon him or her and which the landlord must supply to the tenants' association within 4 months of receiving L&T206.

L&T206, L&T207 and L&T208 can only be used in appropriate transactions in England after 1st November.
