The Land Registry has amended this LRDJP form to make it easier for members of the public to fill it in correctly and so avoid any potential rejection when the LRDJP form is incorrectly completed.

Subscribers to this range should only use this latest version of the LRDJP form for applications submitted to the Land Registry on and after 11th December.
