The Land Registry has amended certificate Q in form LRCIT to reflect the changes which the Bank of England and Financial Services (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2017 introduced on 1st March.

Conveyancing practitioners are requested to use the latest version of the amended LRCIT form for applications completed on and after 27th November.
