The Immigration and Nationality Fees (Amendment) Rules 2017 will came into force on 6th April.

Details of the new fees payable from 6th April can be downloaded from the Government's website below:-

The UK Border Agency has indicated that the forms listed below are affected by these changes:

FLR(AF), FLR(DL), FLR(FP),FLR(HRO), FLR(IR) FLR(LR), FLR(M),FLR(O), FLR(P), NTL, SET(AF), SET(BUS), SET(DV), SET(F), SET(LR), SET(M), SET(O), TD112 (BRP), TOC, TIER1(ENT),TIER1(GE) and TIER1(INV).

Until we can supply you with the amended forms, immigration practitioners should check which fees are payable on and after 6th April and submit the correct payment to the UK Border Agency with the existing forms.

Although the existing versions of the above forms may still be accepted, we understand that the correct fee must be paid when submitting the current forms.

We will supply you with the latest versions of the amended forms later this month.
