Pursuant to the amended Civil Procedure forms which were supplied to you on EFIS No. 37, subscribers to this range are advised that the Ministry of Justice also updated Precedent FORM H on 6th April which is the Costs Budget for either a claimant or defendant to use in civil proceedings.

The Ministry of Justice's latest amendments to FORM H have meant that Oyez has to reconsider how best to offer Precedent H to customers in the future, and so we will advise you on a future EFIS bulletin later this month.

Therefore this form has been removed from this range.
