EFIS 40, April 2016 : Divorce

The Pension Act 2014 (Pension Sharing on Divorce) (Transitional Provision) Order 2016 and the Registered Pension Schemes (Provision of Information) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 both came into force on 6th April.

The Ministry of Justice has updated DIV36 to reflect the changes introduced by these 2016 Regulations.

This form can be used immediately.
