EFIS 22, February 2016 : Conveyancing

You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

The Law Society recently released a Practice Direction which deals with the issue of flooding which can be viewed by following the link to:
www.lawsociety.org.uk/support-services/advice/practice-notes/flood-risk

We have therefore inserted a new enquiry to page three of Oyez's preliminary enquiries forms Con29(L) and Con29(S) to identify any previous occasions when a property has been flooded.

Although subscribers to this range do not have to use these latest versions of Con29(L) and Con29(S), conveyancers may prefer to do so following the release of this latest Practice Direction by the Law Society.

We have taken this opportunity to add form LRPN1ID to the Conveyancing range.

All forms can be used immediately.

Forms affected

CON29(S) Enquiries before contract - Short New/Amended
CON29(L) Enquiries before Contract for Sale (Long Form) - [AE40] [GE29R] [GE30C] New/Amended
LRPN1ID IOPN Search - Evidence of Identity New/Amended
