EFIS 13, January 2016 : Licensing

The Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 were laid before Parliament on 12th January and will come into force on 2nd February.

In particular, these 2016 Regulations represcribe the LIC22 form by increasing the number of maximum temporary events per year from 12 to 15.

The amended version of LIC22 should be used for all temporary event notices made on and after 2nd February.
