On 30th September the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) changed its method of payment to Barclaycard's Smart Pay online system.

In future, the IPO will require FS2 to be submitted with all completed applications which are submitted to the Company Names Tribunal.

Practitioners are advised to use this amended version of FS2 for all applications which are sent to the Company Names Tribunal after 30th September.
