EFIS 41, June 2015 : Immigration - Applications

Pursuant to the information provided to you on EFIS 26/2015 in February, the Minister for Immigration announced the Government's intention to increase the fees payable for certain applications on 6th April.

The AN and FLR(AF) forms were further updated in May.

A new form FLR(DL) has been added to the range.

The Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Regulations 2015 came into force on 6th April.

All forms can be used immediately.

Forms affected

FLR(M) Application for an Extension of Stay in the UK as the Partner of a Person Present and Settled in the UK or as a Partner of a Person with Refugee Leave or Humanitarian Protection and for a Biometric Immigration Document New/Amended
SET(F) Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK as a child under the age of 18 (a child over 18 may also be eligible, see section 23 of the guidance notes) and a Biometric Immigration Document New/Amended
AN Application for Naturalisation as a British Citizen New/Amended
FLR(AF) Application for an Extension of Stay in the UK in the HM Forces Category and for a Biometric Immigration Document New/Amended
FLR(DL) Application for 1) further leave to remain or settlement in the UK by a person granted Discretionary Leave following the refusal of asylum, and 2) a Biometric Immigration Document New/Amended
