The Legal Aid Agency has amended page one of form AF1.

The Legal Aid Agency requires this amended version 9 of AF1 to be used for all applications signed on or after 5th May 2015 .

Also forms, CIVCLAIM1 and CIVCLAIM1A have received a macro amendment

Both these forms can be used immediately
