Pursuant to the information which we provided on EFIS No.105/2015 in December, we are now able to supply you with the latest versions of the TIER1(GENERAL) and TIER1(GE) forms which the UK Visas and Immigration Section of the Home Office amended on 1st December.

TIER1(ET) is a new form which has been added to the immigration range.

All forms should be used immediately.

TIER1(GENERAL)	Application for an initial grant of leave (Switching) or an extension of leave and biometric residence permit under Tier 1 (General) Main Applicant	New/Amended
TIER1(GE)	Application for an initial grant of leave (switching) or an extension of leave and Biometric Residence Permit under Tier 1(Graduate Entrepreneur) main applicant	New/Amended
TIER1(ET)	Application For an Initial Grant of Leave (Switching) or an Extension of Leave and Biometric Residence Permit Under Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) Main Application	New/Amended
