EFIS 4, January 2015 : Licensing

The Licensing Act 2003 (Personal Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 has represcribed Licensing Form LIC2 by amending the Licensing Act 2003 (Personal Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2005.

In particular, the 2014 Regulations remove the requirement for a fee to accompany the completed LIC2 form. In addition, applicants no longer need to submit two photographs, a criminal conviction certificate nor a declaration relating to a conviction or the absence of a conviction for a relevant or foreign offence.

Because these 2014 Regulations came into force on 5th January, subscribers to this range should use the latest version of LIC2 immediately.
