The Financial Services Act 2012 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2014 will come into force on 30th September.

The Land Registry has amended the wording of Certificate Q on the LRCIT form to reflect these changes.

Subscribers to this range are requested to use this latest version of the LRCIT form for applications made on or after 30th September .

Forms LRAP1, LRRX1 and LRRX1_Flexi have all received minor field amendments and can be used immediately.
