EFIS 60, June 2014 : Immigration - Applications

Further to Efis No. 29/2013 the UK Border Agency has indicated that the listed Immigration forms have been amended to reflect increased fees.

These forms can be used immediately.

As from the 2nd June the UK Border Agency have further updated the forms below to allow the inclusion of your email address to enable the receipt of an update on the progress of the application: EEA1, EEA2, EEA3, EEA4, NTL, SET(BUS), SET(DV), SET(O), SET(F), SET(M), SET(P), TIER1(GENERAL), TIER1(GE) and TOC. These forms will be released in due course.

Forms affected

SET(F) Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK as a child under the age of 18 (a child over 18 may also be eligible, see section 23 of the guidance notes) and a Biometric Immigration Document New/Amended
TD112 Application for a Home Office Travel Document and a Biometric Residence Permit (also referred to as a Biometric Immigration Document) New/Amended
SET(DV) Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK as a victim of domestic violence and a Biometric Immigration Document New/Amended
FLR(BUS) Application for an extension of stay in the UK and for a Biometric Immigration Document as a representative of an overseas business or a retired person of independent means New/Amended
SET(BUS) Application for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK as a Retired Person of Independent Means or Representative of an Overseas Business New/Amended
TOC Application for a Transfer of Conditions (TOC) and a Biometric Immigration Document by someone who already has Limited Leave to Enter or Remain in the UK New/Amended
DL Application for 1) further leave to remain or settlement in the UK by a person granted Discretionary Leave following the refusal or asylum, and 2) a Biometric Immigration Document New/Amended
