EFIS 94, November 2013 : Immigration - Applications

Pursuant to the information which we supplied to you on EFIS No.90/2013 last month, subscribers to this range are requested to use the latest versions of these Immigration forms.

The UK Border Agency amended these forms on 28th October to reflect the introduction of changes to the Immigration Rules concerning applicant's Knowledge of Life in the UK and English language qualification.

All forms can be used immediately.

Forms affected

SET(M) Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK as the partner of a person present and settled in the UK and a biometric immigration document New/Amended
SET(O) Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK in one of the categories listed in this form and a biometric immigration document New/Amended
SET(F) Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK as a child under the age of 18 (a child over 18 may also be eligible, see section 23 of the guidance notes) and a Biometric Immigration Document New/Amended
TD112 Application for a Home Office Travel Document and a Biometric Residence Permit (also referred to as a Biometric Immigration Document) New/Amended
SET(DV) Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK as a victim of domestic violence and a Biometric Immigration Document New/Amended
