In addition, please find available an amended FORM H, the wording of which has been amended as per PD22 paragraph 2.2A, which states The form of the statement of truth verifying a costs budget should be as follows-
"The costs stated to have been incurred do not exceed the costs which my client is liable to pay in respect of such work. The future costs stated in this budget are a proper estimate of the reasonable and proportionate costs which my client will incur in this litigation."

Finally, minor macro amendments have been made to N244(2pg, N244(4pg and N244_Flexi which can be used immediately.
