The Lord Chief Justice has authorised amendments to the notice of appeal from a magistrates' court to the Crown Court, for use in connection with Part 63 of the Criminal Procedure Rules.

The appeal notice now includes spaces to enter any email address and telephone number for the defendant, as well as the postal address, to make it easier to receive messages from the Crown Court office.

Finally, CWORK1, CWORK1_2_MH, CWORK2(IM) and CWORK5 has received a minor macro amendments.

All forms can be used immediately.
